What is the first step? This 30-minute informative session is designed to help you answer two questions. Should I enroll in Medicare and how do I enroll in Medicare? Medicare has strict rules relating to enrollment into Part B and Part D, with penalties for not acting in a specific time frame. We will help you understand this, while providing you with a general overview of Medicare.
Medicare Education:
The Basics of Medicare: Here you will learn both “How to Enroll in Medicare” and review the different types of plan options available (Medicare Advantage/Medicare Supplement) above and beyond original Medicare. In addition, we will cover how prescription drug plans work. Understanding how the different parts of Medicare work and how they affect you fiscally, will put you on the path to feeling confident in the decisions you make about your care.
Product Specific:
Throughout the year we will hold product specific meetings designed to cover in depth benefits of specific plans and/or companies. These meetings will take a deeper dive into the benefit structures and plans of individual carriers. This ensures that you have the most appropriate coverage for your situation and knowledge to use it.
