Traveling from coast to coast and completing various assignments as an ICU nurse for 12+ years, allowed me to explore the United States and return to the only place that truly feels like home (the Pacific NW). I also spent some time doing ER, Home Health/Hospice work and have worked in small rural settings, the VA and large teaching hospitals.

In 2013, when my husband died of brain cancer, I got to experience the healthcare system from the other side. A year and a half later, my mother died from Alzheimer’s. Through all of this, I have gained a great deal of respect and compassion for anyone having to go through these situations with a loved one.

I have been living in Eugene since 2015, with my only child. Now that she is grown, I am, able to focus more of my time on helping those in my community. What time is left over is spent cooking, trying out new DYI projects, and international travel.

I love puzzles, strategy games, and problem solving. What could be a bigger puzzle than dealing with Medicare? My biggest passions combined are a great asset to help clients tackle the topic of Medicare.
