I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas with a degree in Social Work in 1998.  I spent many years as a medical social worker supporting individuals and families during medically challenging times, working in hospitals, home health agencies and long-term care facilities.  I’ve been an advocate for Medicare beneficiaries for over 25 years.  Empathy, patience and direct communication is vital for me to be the best advocate for my client.  As an advisor, my responsibility to my clients is to provide quality Medicare insurance coverage options, availability to assist as needed throughout the year and empowering my clients with the tools necessary to utilize their health plan coverage. 

Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege to work with my wife, Melissa Preston.  Together, we’ve formed Preston Squared Insurance (https://www.prestonsquared.com/).  Our local office is on Main Street in Vancouver, Washington.  We offer appointments at our office, virtually or over the phone. There is no charge for our service, the insurance companies pay us to take care of you.  Although most of our clients are in the Pacific Northwest, we are licensed in many states and have clients throughout the country. 

I enjoy being outside and exploring the Pacific Northwest while hiking, biking or kayaking.  I’ve had the opportunity to hike to the top of Mount St. Helens and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.  Melissa and I are certified scuba divers and enjoy diving in the warm waters of the Caribbean.  Our curiosity and adventures allow us to experience interesting marine life, wildlife, amazing people and places.
